- Nickname: E. Pretty simple, but it really stuck!
- How did you first hear about Aikens? Well, I was walking down the halls at the university and came across a poster that really caught my eye, decided to apply, and from then on I've been a part of the Aikens Family!
- What is your favorite part of this job? I really can't pick on thing, I love everything about this place. The water, the fishing, the friendship, the peacefulness. Aikens is a very special place and I'm very happy I get to experience it!
- How do you spend your "non-Aikens" time in the winter? Well trying to figure out what my life holds for me. Work, hanging out with my family and friends, enjoying life and all the great things it has to offer!
- Do you have a favorite sports team (sorry, the Toronto Maple Leafs don't count)? I really don't have a favorite team. I like all kind of sports and love all teams! I really enjoy the competitiveness of sports watching two teams going head to head for glory, so which ever team has more passion is my favorite!
- What is your favorite lure? What ever the guides stick on my rod and which ever will get me a big Ol' Trophy!
- If you were lost in the woods, what would be the one thing you would need to survive? A rugged bush man so he can do all that survival stuff for me so I can relax on the beach!
- Name the "Aikens band" that plays in Big Molly's Bar every now and then: WHAT?? I don't think this was ever discussed! I'm not sure, but in my defense I was a rookie last year so I was out of the loop. I can name the musicians if that's worth anything?? Turbo, Julien, and Kik, along with many other back up singers.
- Your favorite dish that Chef Jimmy prepares? All the great meals he makes for the guest which I have the privilege of tasting since I'm his assistant chef!

- Years at Aikens: This will be my third summer!
- Nickname: J.Pizzle, turn it up a little. . .haha just joking. We all know that my nicknames don't stick. . .I would have to say J.Po or Jaynal would be the most popular ones though.
- How did you first hear about Aikens? Kikster peer pressured me into it. No no, he just told me how great it was up there and I just had to go!
- What is your favorite part of this job? I would have to say the afternoon naps. I suppose the people, the fishing and the lake are alright too.
- How do you spend your "non-Aikens" time in the winter? I take pictures.
- Do you have a favorite sports team (sorry, the Toronto Maple Leafs don't count)? For my dad and Pat who will probably read this, I should really try to impress them by saying the Montreal Canadians.
- What is your favorite lure? Whatever the guide puts on my line that makes me catch fish.

- How did you first hear about Aikens? Since the french community in Winnipeg is quite small and that’s where most of the staff is from, it was easy to hear about Aikens. It also helped that my bff Janelle worked there.
- What is your favorite part of this job? Afternoon naps....zzzz
- How do you spend your "non-Aikens" time in the winter? Working my butt off at school
- Do you have a favorite sports team (sorry, the Toronto Maple Leafs don't count)? Not really a HUGE sports fan, usually whoever is winning
