5. In 5 years from now, I will be trolling for pike somewhere.
6. If I’m having a tough day at Aikens, seeing caterpillars can always put a smile on my face.

1. My name is Jean-Bocar, but at Aikens, I’m better known as JB, Booboo, Black Boucanne.
2. This is my 6th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this beautiful place because of the people.
3. Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at repeating Lord of the Rings parts.
4. My food kryptonite is good meat.
5. If I taught a college class, the subject would be Ecology.
6. My favorite board game is Settlers of Catan.
7. The best gifts I have ever received is life.
8. My favorite fishing spot on Aikens is the Bay of Snakes.
9. The perfect day off would be slip dip n’ flip.
10.My biggest Pet Peeve is people who think they know everything.

2.  This is my 6th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this beautiful place because it's really, really, really, really, really, really fun.
3. Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at pretending to guide while I nap.
4. My food kryptonite is The "Double-Down".
5. If I taught a college class, the subject would be Stretching Fish 101.
6. My favorite board game is Euchre.
7. The best gift I have ever received is the recipe for the Aikens Cajun spice.
8.  My favorite fishing spot on Aikens is The Abyss @ 300ft.
9.  The perfect day off would be Sleeping in and then catching 12 trophy Pike on the fly.
10. My biggest Pet Peeve is Pancakes.

2. This is my 4th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this beautiful place because this place is magical.
3. Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at tanning.
4. My food kryptonite is chicken wings.
5. If I taught a college class, the subject would be myth, magic and shamanism 1000.
6. My favorite board game is Connect 4.
7. The best gift I have ever received is my first magic kit.
8. My favorite fishing spot on Aikens is the mouth of the river.
9. The perfect day off would be sleeping in, relaxation, a little fishing and lots of beer drinking.
10. My biggest Pet Peeve is people who believe that David Blaine is better than Criss Angel.

1.My name is Jesse but at Aikens, I’m better known as Pelch, Coach, Pelter Skelter or DJ Preds… And there’s more. This place gets a lil weird on nicknames… Ask Gernie, Mouse, or Stone Cold.
2.This is my 4th season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this beautiful place because I’m contractually obligated until 2022.
3.Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at chess, and making beer batter Seriously. Made THE best beer batter I ever have today.
4.My food kryptonite is beer battered fish.
5.If I taught a college class, the subject would be sociology or how to talk your way out of anything.
6.My favorite board game is chess. Come at me, bro.
7.The best gift I have ever received is the opportunity to fish Aikens Lake for 4 crazy summers and meet some of the best people on the planet.
8.My favorite fishing spot on Aikens is the area between the Falls upriver and Goby Gulley but a little closer to the island in the South Arm. Like right beside Bear, you know that spot? It’s right in between Bobby Zone and Secret Lake. You’ll find it.
9.The perfect day off would be sleeping in till 10am, big breakfast, hit the beach for some tips, jump off trout in 30 degree weather with a light breeze. Troll for a big laker and get it before a nice steak dinner followed by a game of liar’s dice with the boys and then a Canot porch Krusty Tatar set before a night of celebrations around a camp fire/hillybilly hot tub. How’s that for specific?
10.My biggest Pet Peeve is a messy living space.

1.  My name is Tyler, but at Aikens, I’m better known as Ty
2.  This is my fifth season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this beautiful place because I love working your baits effectively and getting them into those high percentile areas.
3. Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at speling
4. My food kryptonite is pancakes
5. If I taught a college class, the subject would be the universe......... what a concept!
6. My favorite board game is measuring walleyes
7. The best gift I have ever received is when Etienne brought me a bag of chips from the Bait & Tackle
8.  My favorite fishing spot on Aikens is the part with the water 
9.  The perfect day off would be unloading planes full of lumber.
10.My biggest Pet Peeve is reeling against the drag.

2. This is my 3rd season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this beautiful place because the fish never stop growing.
3. Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at Navigating.
5. If I taught a college class, the subject would be “How to legitimately measure a Walleye”.
6. My favorite board game is LIFE.
7. The best gift I have ever received is Cabela’s Gift Card.
8. My favorite fishing spot on Aikens is the spot with the trophy in it!
9. The perfect day off would be Sunny & a chance of Lake Trout.
10. My biggest Pet Peeve is 20.5 inch lunchers.

2.  This is my 2nd season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this beautiful place because its hard to beat.
3. Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at slid and slides.
4. My food kryptonite is chundy stew.
5. If I taught a college class, the subject would be intro to dock fishing.
6. My favorite board game is darts.
7. The best gift I have ever received is beef jerky from mouse.
8.  My favorite fishing spot on Aikens is 2 minutes past the point pull a 180 and right back to the dock.
9.  The perfect day off would be hot sun, big fish, swimming and a beer or so after the day.
10.My biggest Pet Peeve is reeling against the drag.

2. This is my 2nd season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this beautiful place because it feels like home.
3. Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at Ping Pong.
4. My food kryptonite is guest leftovers.
5. If I taught a college class, the subject would be Dinker Walleyes 101.
6. My favorite board game is Settlers of Catan.
7. The best gift I have ever received is the gift that keeps on giving.
8. My favorite fishing spot on Aikens is the jungle, located behind Trout Island…right?
9. The perfect day off would be Guiding.
10.My biggest Pet Peeve is filling out trophy forms.

2. This is my 2nd season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this beautiful place because i'm not allowed back in Ontario.
3. Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at doing things quickly.
4. My food kryptonite is peanut butter balls.
5. If I taught a college class, the subject would be effeciency 101.
6. My favorite board game is Munchkins.
7. The best gift I have ever received is a job at Aikens Lake!!

10.My biggest Pet Peeve is when people don't know where the "jungle" is.

1. My name is Etienne Provin Amédé Lavigne esq. The first but at Aikens, I’m better known as Steve-O!
2. This is my IV season at the lodge. I keep coming back to this beautiful place because the sky is bigger here. I get to watch the Clouds move across the sky all day.
3. Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at levelling frames without the use of a level.
4. My food kryptonite is 6 honey krullers, a medium double double and a good cry in the shower.
5. If I taught a college class, the subject would be: Poorly phrased opinions about obscure literature 101. "The intellectual guide's guide to guiding intellectually"
6. My favorite board game is Settlers of Catan.
7. The best gift I have ever received is Love.
8.  My favorite fishing spot on Aikens is not the honeynuonce . I got skunked at the honeysuckle once... That's a paddlin'.
9.  The perfect day off would be spent spent in a canoe on a perfectly still day. I would have a two or blue on ice. Still kind of hungover, but it ain't no thang, Gernard got snickers and yellow Gatorade. Anyways, Ive got my trusty Quantum rod and oversized reel, a box of 1/4 0z leadheads and no camera... And the trophy laker bite would be on!
10.My biggest pet Peeve is pike snapping my snells.

2. This is my 1st season at the lodge. I plan on coming back to this beautiful place because of the wonderful staff.
3. Very few people know this about me, but I’m very good at chewing gum while walking.
4. My food kryptonite is walleye.
5. If I taught a college class, the subject would be Greek Mythology.
6. My favorite board game is Apples to Apples.
7. The best gift I have ever received is a trip to Disney World.
8. My favorite fishing spot on Aikens is The Bobby Zone.
9. The perfect day off would be to go out and catch a trophy with my pals.
10. My biggest Pet Peeve is the sound of someone drinking liquid loudly.

You think you’re at a Ritz-Carlton, you seriously get that level of treatment and amenities. Nobody in Manitoba can compete with Aikens for the quality of the fishing, staff, and facilities.
