At Aikens Lake, Chef Chad, our Red Seal Chef, serves professionally prepared breakfasts and creative gourmet dinners in our spacious, licensed dining room. Chef Chad will ensure that this very important aspect of your Master Angler Adventure continues to be amongst the best in the business!
Hearty “A La Carte” breakfasts: Each morning, you will be provided with a diversified “à la carte” breakfast menu. Bacon, eggs, sausages, ham, omelets, pancakes, muffins, cereal, and other breakfast fare is available. You can order whatever you deem sufficient in providing you with all the energy you will need to reel in those lunkers. You can rely on a balanced breakfast each and every day before your adventure begins. Our smiling serving staff always makes sure to keep lots of hot coffee on hand so that you can fill up a thermos before heading out on the lake.

Mouth-Watering Dinners: Even before you set off on the lake for your fishing adventure, our chef has already begun meticulously planning your delicious entrée, and the rest of your dining experience. Our professional kitchen serves a delectable plated dinner every evening at 6:15 p.m. Our world-class suppers are sure to satisfy whatever appetite is left after your unique shorelunch! You can look forward to delicious entrées such as smoked beef tenderloin, Manitoba pork ribs, Manitoba grain ged chicken breast, AAA steaks, AAA prim rib and smoked pork loin to name a few...Our meals will satisfy the hungriest of the hungry. We serve hearty North American fare and make sure that every guest gets at least one expertly prepared steak night! To top it off, home-made breads, pastries, and deserts will also be a memorable part of your experience at Aikens. Although trophy fishing is the lure at Aikens Lake, it is hard to get any of our guests to stop talking about the quality of the food and the brilliance of the chef!
